The goal of this project was to improve user experience of team knowledge and SOPs within the constraints of a custom Confluence server environment. 

Prior to the completion of this project, 15 years of wiki knowledge was documented in plain text with no organizational structure. This meant much of the crucial on the job knowledge was not available to outside team members as well as new staff.
